RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Change of mind? No problem. We have a 30-days return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition. We will also need the receipt or the proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us and we will help guide you through the process. We will send you instructions to send the item back. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once the returns are received and accepted, a refund will be processed, using your original payment method, within 10 business days. We will notify you once this has been completed at our end through email.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, only regular priced items may be refunded.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

In case you change your mind and want to cancel your order, we are able to accept cancellations up to 12 hours after the order is made, as long as it is not shipped.
