Our return policy lasts for 30 days. After that, we can’t give you a refund or exchange.
If your item gets worn out, exposed to water, or breaks while you’re using it, it’s your responsibility, and our refund policy doesn’t cover that.
To return something, it has to be unused, in the same condition you got it, and in the original packaging with unbroken seals. If the seals are broken when we get it back, we can’t give you a refund.
Personal hygiene items and undergarments can’t be returned or exchanged just because you changed your mind or got the wrong size. This is because it could be unhygienic. So, make sure to choose the right size before buying.
To complete a return, you need a receipt or proof of purchase. And you have to pay for the shipping if you want a refund or exchange.
Don’t send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you need to return something, email us at info.dryope@gmail.com and one of our team member will guide you on the return process.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, only regular priced items may be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
